Collection: Exfoliants

Exfoliants in cosmetics are products that help slough off dead skin cells from the skin's surface, promoting cell turnover and revealing smoother, healthier skin underneath. They come in various forms, including physical exfoliants, chemical exfoliants, and enzyme exfoliants.

Physical exfoliants: These exfoliants contain small granules or particles that physically scrub away dead skin cells when massaged onto the skin. Common physical exfoliants include scrubs, brushes, and facial sponges.
Chemical exfoliants: These exfoliants use acids such as glycolic acid, lactic acid, or salicylic acid to dissolve dead skin cells and unclog pores. Chemical exfoliants are usually gentler than physical exfoliants and are suitable for all skin types.
Enzyme exfoliants: These exfoliants use natural enzymes like papain (from papaya) or bromelain (from pineapple) to break down dead skin cells and reveal brighter skin. Enzyme exfoliants are gentle yet effective for sensitive skin types.
